Everytime someone asked me what i looked for in a male, one of my first things would be, "they have to be taller then me and older." I've had a change of heart and stopped saying that. I'm not saying you will actually see me dating a younger guy because that's just .. a whole nother story but i'll take em into consideration. I've realized theres a lot of good and bad things about younger guys.

If he's younger, I think theres a good chance he'll treat you really well. He has a lot of respect for you cause your older (hopefully). When you date a guy thats older then you, its different. I'm not saying older guys treat younger girls bad but younger guys treat older girls better. (Not all of course) I'm saying this because it seems like when you first start dating an older guy, he puts in a lot of work but it eventually dies. If you date a younger guy, he's going to keep putting in work because he knows you can find someone older and so called "better." That's just a huge assumption, more like a guess, or a dream..I have no idea if this is true, lol. I've never dated someone younger then me so I have no idea, but I want too..just to see how it is. the bad ... his friends. He might be mature but his friends probably aren't. When I'm with someone, I like to know their friends. I think its weird to be dating the opposite sex and not know any of their close friends. I don't think their friends should be in the relationship too but I should be able to have a conversation with them. and then there's a chance he's ... inexperienced :-X. hate to say it but you know its true. he's younger, he's hasn't had as much life experiences as you have. (well maybe he has, if so..then you're lucky). but that can be a good thing also, you can teach him something new ... riiiight?

good looking couples

I was on facebook, just browsing, and I came across a picture of my friend and her boyfriend. the first thing I commented was "you guys are a goodlooking couple." I realized I haven't thought that ... in awhile. There both pretty people and they compliment each other so well. What makes a good-looking couple? to me, you either have to be so strange that it works or just look plain & simple.. nice. i.e style & skin-color compliments each other. There so many couples out there that my thought is "huh, the fuuuuuck?" but who knows .. beautys in the eye of the beholder, they say. I'm not one to judge couples, I'll do it in my mind but not out loud. Love is love right? yeah sure...

The Bad:

Sophie Dahl & Jamie Cullum: they seem like two nice people but .. um?

Flavor Flav & Bridgett Nelson: they were a mess. inside and out.

Tom Cruise & Cher: now this a "the fuuucckk?" moment. I'm confused.

The Good:

Jada Pinket-Smith & Will Smith: well they speak for themselves. everything about them seems to fit. at least, in the public's eye. i love them, the end.

Katy Perry & Travis Mcoy: there the couple that is different but looks uttlery perfect together. different yet so similar.

Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears: this is the epitome of complimenting each other, in my opinion. They were the cutest teeny-boppers.

As you can see, there's a huge difference between a goodlooking couple & ... the other. Most of them aren't together anymore but that's just an example. Either way being a good-looking couple doesn't mean anything, if it's not meant to be then who cares (R.I.P Britney & Justin). But for the public, it's nice to see a goodlooking couple once in awhile.. gives me hope.

I'm not a player I just crush alot ..

The title kind of has nothing to do with this post (only a little, I just really wanted to name it that lol) But anywhoo.. I was thinking about the whole flirting and teasing ordeal and being able to differentiate between a flirt and a tease. I personally think its hard. To me a flirt is someone who just likes to "flirt" basically. They have fun fooling around (not physically interacting) and they do not mean any harm in it. It's just something to keep them busy but not lead someone on and make them have true feelings. A tease is basically the same thing but they are doing it fully knowing they do not like the other person. Another main difference is a tease usually knows the person there teasing is fully interested in them.

I admit, I'm guilty of doing both ... alot. But that comes with consequences. I've realized its hard for people if tell when I'm being a tease, flirting, or being serious. Cause it's all the same to them but to me it's different. For me, If I'm going to be a tease (or when I USED to be cause I stopped lmao) .. I would say dumb stuff like .. "yeaaaah, sureee. haha oh really?. yeah we'll hang out laterr sometimee. are you sure about that?." I say stupid shit basically. Stuff that can be interpreted anyway you want. And I do that on purpose so no one can say "Sophia, said this and that" when I actually didn't, you just assumed. When I'm flirting .. idk. lol I just do cute things, I think I'm good with my words. Take it how you want. One thing about me is I don't tease on the phone just cause .. thats weird lol. If we're serious enough to actually be on the phone (since I never am), then I'm serious with everything I say.

I guess this doesn't apply to every male, I've spoken to. but its a general sense of what i do and think about this whole thing. Basically, I think its hard for people to tell when a girl is serious, flirting, or being a tease. Its easier to tell in boys, I think, but not all though. Flirting is hurting? Is that a saying? maybe, I made it up .. i don't know but yeah. Next post, I reaaally want to talk about dating younger haha. whenever I get to write that.
